Public agreement (Offer) for the provision of the service

This offer is addressed to the public and is an official invitation from the seller to buy and sell the services that are indicated at TendContent.com. The offer is addressed to the general public under Article 633 of Ukraine Civil Code and any potential buyer, be it a physical person, legal entity or entrepreneur shall have similar conditions within this document. Having accepted all articles of this Agreement, Buyer confirms his full compliance with the terms on how he can order, make payment for services and vice versa, in case of any fraudulent orders placed under his name. This Offer shall be considered as concluded by virtue of Buyer’s clicking at "Confirm" button and getting electronic confirmation of his/her order.

Other Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Solutions that combine the power of artificial intelligence with today’s sophisticated SEO techniques to help you create, analyze and optimize content.

Interpretation of Terms

Public Offer (referred hereinafter as "the Offer") – A proposal available to a large number of people from the seller about entering into a service contract at distance.

Service – intellectual or technical maintenance that has been chosen by a customer on the website.

Buyer – an individual with full legal capacity or legal entity who agrees to the conditions set out in this Offer and makes an order.

Subject of the Agreement

The Seller undertakes to deliver the Buyer with the agreed Services which comply with their descriptions provided at the website while Buyer undertakes to pay for and receive the Service under this Agreement. Services will be rendered within an agreed period as per parties’ agreement.

Placement of Orders

Orders are placed by the Buyer acting alone using the appropriate form on the site. On sending the application, the Buyer gets the order confirmation which confirms that it has been accepted for processing.

The Buyer has an obligation to give complete, correct and true information needed for processing of his order. If any inaccurate or false data is identified, then the vendor has a right not to return money back and cancel the order.

Cost of Service

The cost of services as published on this website includes all applicable taxes and fees. The seller can modify prices without informing customers but buyer’s price at ordering stage will stay fixed.

Payment should be effected through wire transfer mechanisms using any of the available payment systems into a bank account nominated by the Seller. The moment money appears on such account, one should consider that an order has been paid for.

It is impossible to return money paid for services that have been rendered. All transactions become irrevocable immediately after completion of work because finished assignments cannot be recalled or terminated. Upon receiving confirmation that the service has been provided, the Buyer waives any right to demand a refund unless otherwise required under Ukrainian legislation.

Rights and Obligations

The Seller undertakes to render qualitative service during a determined period following conditions posted at website. Seller may deny violation parties with services.

Buyer must pay in full and on time provide correct service execution details. Buyer cannot assign this Agreement to another party without Seller’s written consent.

Liability

For failure to perform or improper performance of obligations under this Agreement parties shall answer in line with Ukrainian laws. The Seller does not carry responsibility if customer misuses rendered services.

When there is no service or it is poorly provided, buyer can apply to seller for problem solving through negotiation process. In case Ukrainian law will be applied on all disputes which cannot be settled amicably between both sides.

Force majeure

The parties shall not be held responsible for any breach of this Agreement caused by force majeure which includes but is not limited to war, natural disasters, government actions, and any other event beyond their control preventing the rendering of services under this Agreement.

The party affected by force majeure shall communicate in writing to the other party as soon as possible stating the nature of the force majeure event and its likely duration.

Other conditions

The parties agree that all disagreements will be resolved by mutual discussion or in Ukrainian courts under current legislation.

This Offer Agreement is concluded when the Buyer accepts the Offer and is valid until both sides fully perform their duties under this Offer Agreement.
